The Spring Cocktail menu at Dram & Draught is a celebration of the season, offering creative and refreshing cocktails that are perfect for this time of year. Each cocktail is uniquely crafted by different bartenders throughout the seven locations, adding a personal touch to its flavors and presentation. The menu features a variety of spirits and ingredients that capture the freshness of spring, from floral and herbal notes to bright and juicy fruits, making it a true reflection of the season.


Dram & Draught Wilmington

Garden Party Cocktail

This cocktail is a floral and fresh delight, perfect for a spring afternoon. It's made with rose-infused vodka, St. Germain, lychee, lemon, and Bitterless Marriage Bitters and topped with Prosecco. The combination of rose and lychee provides a delicate and exotic flavor lifted by Prosecco bubbles.


To make rose infused vodka place unsprayed organic rose petals and vodka in a lidded jar. Shake to combines. Store in a cool dark place for 3-5 days, shaking daily.


1 oz Rose Infused Vodka

.25 oz St Germaine liqueur

.75 oz lychee juice

.25 Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Prosecco for topping

Combine vodka, St Germain, lychee juice and lemon juice in a shaker. Shake and pour into a coup glass. Add a dash of bitters and top with Prosecco.



Straw-Buh-Buh-Buh Berry

A playful and fruity explosion, this cocktail screams spring! It's a delightful mix of butter-washed American vodka, Flor De Cana 7-Year rum, Aperol, Licor 43, Frangelico, lemon, orgeat, and strawberry. This cocktail is a strawberry shortcake in a glass, combining rich and nutty flavors with the bright zest of citrus and sweet strawberries, making it a treat for the taste buds.


To fat-wash your alcohol, you can add a liquid such as sesame oil or melted butter to a room-temperature spirit. Allow it to rest for a few hours, and then refrigerate or freeze it until the fat solidifies and can be skimmed off easily.


.75 oz. Butter-washed American Vodka

1.75 oz. Flor De Cana &-Year Rum

.25oz Aperol

.25 oz. Lico 43

.25 oz. Frangelico

.25 oz lemon juice

.25oz. Orgeat syrup

.75 oz fresh strawberry juice

Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and pour.



Punta Cana Mama

The Punta Cana Mama is a vibrant and refreshing spring drink that perfectly balances fruity sweetness with zesty citrus and a hint of spice.


2-3 Mint Leaves

1oz Lime Juice

.25oz Ginger

.75oz Mango

.75oz Falernum

2oz Smirnoff Tamarind

Garnish: Dehydrated Lime, Mint

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and strain into a glass over ice.
