It's finally time to say goodbye to 2023, and we couldn't be more excited for the new year. It's that time of year again! Time to party, time to reflect, time to set new goals…but mostly, time to celebrate. We've rounded up the festivities lined up for New Year's Eve that you don't want to miss.
What can you Expect?
SAUCE'D will be rolling out the pink carpet for New Year’s Eve. This year, guests can expect some fun new experiences - including an interactive photobooth that’ll send the snaps right to your phone for instant social sharing, a live stream of the NYE festivities on a 100-foot screen outside on the patio, surrounded by cozy fireplaces, lounge furniture and a plethora of specials that’ll bring in the new year. In true Sauce’d-style, they'll be playing all your favorite throwback hip hop and R&B classics, along with some current hits.

Fries and sauces will be available for purchase, along with some festive cheesecake bites and a few fun pop-up surprise snacks.
What You'll be Sipping?
Lots of celebratory specials including bottles of bubbles, buckets of beer, special holiday shooters and a celebraotory house margarita that will be just as gorgeous as it’ll be delicious!
How to Reserve?
Tickets are required and can be purchased online through Eventbrite or on saucedwilmington.com/events. Doors will open at 8pm and celebrations will go on until 1am.

Two delicious ways to welcome in 2024 at Seabird!
First, an extra-special 4-course prix-fixe on New Year's Eve, which includes a delightful bubbly welcome toast. Second, an extended Brunch menu on New Year's Day.
What's on the Menu?
The menu features the best our coast has to offer, including oysters, caviar, lobster, and more. On New Year's Day, Seabird are pleased to offer an extended brunch that will be both delicious and nourishing. Chef Dean Neff and team have prepared a perfect menu that includes Fried Chicken with Marinated Field Peas and Greens, and a brand-new Burger that is not to be missed! You can complement your meal with a hair of the dog or a lovely seasonal fresh juice. Start your New Year off right!
What You'll be Sipping?
Seabird will offer a curated selection of unique and exquisite Grower Champagnes to elevate your celebration. Don't miss out on this amazing night! Please note that this menu is prix-fixe only, at $100 per guest.
What can you Expect?
This year, Oceanic is taking its NYE celebrations to a whole new level.
Join in the celebrations as Oceanic transforms the second-floor ocean-view dining room into a cocktail lounge and party to celebrate the New Year. Enjoy DJ and dancing into the night, complimentary hors d’oeuvres and food display stations, lounge seating, champagne toast at midnight, and party favors to ring in the new year. A full cash bar will be available, and all the bubbly to go around. Party doors open at 9:00pm.

Ring in 2024 on the water! This year, Bluewater’s party is getting even bigger and better as they expand the party to the ENTIRE restaurant!
Guests will have the opportunity to choose their party vibe, whether it’s dancing to a DJ on the first floor or enjoying live music from Uptown Easy on the second floor. That means DOUBLE the fun as we ring in 2024! Attendees of our waterfront New Year’s Eve party can expect a DJ, live music from Uptown Easy, complimentary late night bar bites, champagne toast at midnight, party favors to ring in the new year, and a photobooth to capture all of the fun!

Dram & Draught Wilmington will be hosting its first New Year's Eve bash, and it's expected to be a fabulous evening with live entertainment provided by Ethan Hanson.
What's on the Menu?
Dram & Draught's full menu will be offered, along with two special NYE-themed cocktails:
Midnight Love- Lemon, spice cranberry, krupnikas, Citadelle gin, Prosecco. The Countdown- Lemon, spiced pear, vodka, Prosecco.
